Bianca Minor LCPC (She/ her)
Bianca specializes in treating hyper independent adults who lack support and question their identify to have an increase awareness about their wants and needs, build and utilize support systems, and start walking and talking more confidently.
She enjoys working with individuals who have an anxiety as they navigate a life transition. Bianca has over 7 years in the human services field. She has served in some of the following programs and populations: school based mental health, community mental health agencies, in home services, eating disorders facilities, and mentoring programs.
Bianca obtained her Masters of Arts from Norfolk State University in Urban Education Community Counseling. She then received a post-master certification in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University.
Bianca operates using a mind-body connection approach. By building rapport, being supportive, and meeting you where you are while supporting you in reaching where you want to go. Ms. Minor utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, EFT tapping, and mindfulness practices to facilitate this change.
In her spare time Bianca enjoys gardening, growing plants, spending time with her puppy, and playing women's tackle football with the Baltimore Nighthawks.
