Bianca Minor LCPC
Bianca specializes in treating high school-aged teens and young adults who suffer from depression and or anxiety as they move through life's transitions. She focuses her treatment on providing a healing space where clients can be seen and heard while on their journey of growth.
Bianca obtained her Masters of Arts from Norfolk State University in Urban Education Community Counseling. She then received a post-master certification in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University.
Bianca operates using a mind-body connection approach. By building rapport, being supportive, and meeting you where you are while supporting you in reaching where you want to go. Ms. Minor utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, EFT tapping, and mindfulness practices to facilitate this change.
