My goal is to empower you to be your most authentic self as you navigate different stages in your life. I will equip you with the tools to increase self-acceptance and improve self-esteem and self-expression. 

Walk & Talk Therapy 

Explore your feelings and the beauty of nature. Walking therapy has added benefits such as: ​

  • Increase in mind and body connection 

  • Active and free approach to releasing emotions 

  • Direct eye contact is not required which can make it easier to talk 

Nature Based Groups 

Nature. Movement. Support. 

A series of nature-based walking support groups. This group is for those adults who are overthinkers wanting to find ways to relax, feel stuck in life, want to build a better self-image, and feel more connected to nature while connecting with others.


Our approach 


A free 15-minute call to see if we vibe and what you are seeking from therapy​


The first 1-2 session to review practice policies, gather background information, and more specific details about symptoms, concerns, and goals.​


Learning what's holding you back from being the best version of yourself and understanding how your thoughts affect your behaviors


You will start to take action! You will begin to implement the strategies and skills learned. 


Reducing the frequency of sessions and then graduating!
